About Me
I am Beate Hackmann, an expert in business consulting and start-up consulting. With a wide range of expertise and practical experience, I am available to help move your business forward.
My career began with my work as an auditor, where I was responsible for auditing small savings banks to those with billions in assets. From 1989 to early 2013, I initially took over the management of a credit department and later a board position at a bank. During this time, I successfully led the company out of a difficult situation and advanced it through careful and sustainable management.
Since 2013, I have been self-employed. My approach is based on imparting know-how and practical approaches to implement positive changes as gently as possible and as quickly as necessary.
As your interlocutor on an equal footing, I consider consultations not as obstacles to action but as necessary prerequisites for wise action, as Pericles already formulated. My values, including openness, curiosity, honesty, and implementation strength, form the basis for successful cooperation.
